| Provided small computer customer support for all base units. Developed and created training packages for support personnel on the maintenance of 2,500 government owned computer systems. Provided technical solutions for new user requirements resulting in the prevention of excessive government spending. | ||
| Base Land Mobile Radio Systems Manager (Yokota Air Base, Japan) (1986 - 1993) | ||
| Served as Quality Assurance Evaluator for a $100,000 annual maintenance contract of two-way communications for the entire Kanto Plain. Managed 50 base radio networks worth in excess of $1,000,000. Developed user training packages and brochures for network managers to use in the field. Wrote and implemented the base regulation that proscribed responsibilities of network users, unit commanders, and base command and control officers. Acted as the liaison between customers and supplying manufacturers to prevent system incompatibility. | ||

| Maintained high frequency radio communications equipment in support of Air Force One and other USAF aircraft flying in the Northwestern Pacific region. Designed and painted a large mural on the administrators wall which spirited camaraderie among the site members. | ||
| Supply Inspector (Keesler AFB, MS) (1981 - 1983) | ||
| Inspected turned in government equipment to prevent fraud, waste and abuse. Painted eight murals, one at each entryway, of the main supply building which greeted customers and instilled pride in the squadron members. | ||
| Inventory Management Specialist (McGuire AFB, NJ) (1979 - 1981) | ||
| Sorted and distributed computer generated products for supply customers. Painted two murals that welcomed customers to the main supply building, painted four murals in personal dormitory room, and painted four murals in a dormitory day room, all of which increased squadron morale and helped the squadron receive the highest possible rating during Commanders Facilities Inspections. | ||
